(1) The bidder must deposit the amount equal to two ten thousand five zero percent of the amount he wants to purchase the bond as earnest money in the bank's banking office and submit the full voucher along with the bid form.
(2) If the bank rejects the bid according to rule 9, the bid bidder shall return the amount deposited for Earnest Money according to sub-rule 1 to the bid bidder within seven days from the date of the bid decision.
